Cat O Nine tails are my go-to for stingy, targetted impact. Cats are light and agile and pack a punch when used with speed. The leather used for these is extremely limited. It has dark brown lowlights and bronze and gold highlights. The handle is 8 inches long and the tails are 20 inches long.
