These look way cooler in person than they do here in the pictures. The colorshift is super bright and the handles have an almost holographic look.
The handles are 8 inches long and the tails are 20 inches long. These floggers are light and stingy. The tails are slightly stiff and the color shifts from orange gold to bright green. It is an inlaid foil, not a paint. It is tanned into the leather and will not flake or rub off as long as the leather is properly cared for. Use a suede leather cleaner.
