Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not do returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

Some products are made to order and have a turn around time. We do not do order cancellations after 24 hours.

Please note that colors can appear differently on different computer monitors and that each one of these items is handmade and may have slight variations from product to product.

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final!!!

Deposits on custom orders are nonrefundable.

When you place an order I begin allocating supplies, designating time to make your item, and purchasing whatever needs to be purchased to make the item. The revenue from your purchase is quickly used to purchase supplies and keep the shop running. Canceling an order and refunding it means any material purchased and any other work I turned down to have to time to make your item is now a cost I would have to absorb and I just can't afford it. Therefore, no cancellations.
