This gorgeous flogger is made from soft, pettable velvet leather. This is a bullhide that has been softened and given a luxurious nap. It is our superior replacement for elk. The handle has a 55mm ball with a mix of purple glitter. The glitter is encased inside the resin handle and cannot come out. The tails are 18 inches long.
