If you're into sadistic rope these could be of use to you. They have two channels for rope to hold them in place against a body. There are 4 different block shapes for different places and uses.
Each set contains 2 of each shape of block, total of 8 blocks. The blocks can be cleaned with your favorite cleaners, but not heat. Don't throw them in the dishwasher.
