These were created to be paired with the Echo headdress, but can be worn alone. There are three feathered tiers to this shoulderpiece, each with a different length of feather going from short to longest at the top tier. The top tier is covered in a layer of very small rhinestones in silver, bronze, and champagne.
The shoulder pieces have steel bones which allow them to be molded to the wearer. The leather harness is adjustable up and down by a few sizes. There are two buckles at the back, and one under each arm.
